 I flew a flight to the capital Kiev - the capital of Ukraine on a flight of five-star airline Fly Emirates transiting at Doha international airport. When I boarded the plane, exactly 1 minute later the plane took off. I just realized how lucky I am. And if I can't get on that flight, I really don't think about the consequences, I'll have to wait for my return flight within a week, either I have to buy another flight, or I have to buy a ticket. another fly back. And everything will be messed up, costing money, and my feelings can also be “terrible”. I'm really very happy and grateful, feeling very lucky that I got on that flight thanks to the airline's ground department looking for me, because they know, if they don't get on that flight, the customer could be very bad. They have put themselves in the customer's shoes and set very high service standards for their customers.
